7-Day Replacement-Only Policy for Toys

At Kezam Toys, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your toy purchase, we offer a 7-day replacement-only policy to ensure that you receive a product that meets your expectations.

 

Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility for Replacement:

·      This policy is valid only within 7 days from the date of delivery.

·      Only defective or damaged toys are eligible for replacement.

·      The toy must be in its original condition and packaging, unused and unassembled, unless the defect is found after assembly.

·      Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required to process the replacement.

Non-Eligible Items:

The following items are not eligible for replacement under this policy:

·      Items that show signs of wear or damage due to misuse or neglect.

·      Toys that have been altered or modified in any way.

·      Any promotional or clearance items unless explicitly stated otherwise.

·      Provide a clear description of the defect or damage along with photos of the item if applicable.
